Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting End Overdose. Every purchase helps fund overdose prevention education, naloxone distribution, and the work of keeping people alive. We want you to love what you order, so please read this policy carefully before you check out.

Made to order

The majority of our merchandise is produced through a print-on-demand partner (Printify). That means each item is printed and made specifically for you after you place your order; we don't hold inventory on a shelf. Because every piece is custom-made, our return and refund options are more limited than a traditional store, and we ask for your understanding.

Order changes and cancellations

Once an order is placed, it moves into production quickly. Most orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or altered after they are submitted; including changes to size, color, style, quantity, or shipping address.

If you catch a mistake immediately after ordering, email us right away at admin@endoverdose.netΒ and we will do our best to help. We can't promise a change is possible, but if your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll try.

Returns

Because every item is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please use the size charts on each product page to confirm your fit before ordering, as we're unable to swap sizes after purchase.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

We stand behind the quality of what we send. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund.

To file a claim, email admin@endoverdose.net within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item showing the defect or damage (and the shipping packaging, if relevant)

Once we confirm the issue with our production partner, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. You will not need to ship the damaged item back unless we specifically request it.

Wrong item received

If you receive the wrong item, size, or design from what you ordered, contact us at admin@endoverdose.net within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll correct the error with a replacement or refund.

Sizing and change of mind

We're unable to offer refunds or replacements for items that were ordered in the wrong size or that simply didn't work out. This includes ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong product, or changing your mind after purchase. Please double-check your selections and our size guides before completing your order.

Lost or delayed shipments

Shipping times vary based on production and your location, and occasional carrier delays are outside our control. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with your household, neighbors, and local carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us at admin@endoverdose.net and we'll work with our production and shipping partners to resolve it. We can't guarantee a refund or replacement for packages marked delivered, but we'll always do what we reasonably can to help.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved under this policy, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
